Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan released new figures on Monday, indicating minor fluctuations in the exchange rates of several major foreign currencies against the Pakistani Rupee.
The United States Dollar showed a slight increase, with buying and selling rates recorded at 281.04 and 282.78 respectively. In the interbank market, the dollar rates ranged from 281.06 to 281.26.
The Euro experienced a similar trend, with its buying and selling rates at 317.85 and 320.94. The British Pound also saw a minor rise, with exchange rates noted at 373.58 for buying and 377.20 for selling.
The Japanese Yen, although comparatively lower in value, noted buying and selling rates at 1.92 and 1.97.
Among the Middle Eastern currencies, the United Arab Emirates Dirham was recorded at 76.52 for buying and 77.24 for selling, while the Saudi Riyal was observed at 74.94 and 75.60.
These figures, sourced from the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, highlight the dynamic nature of the currency exchange market. The association continues to monitor and report these fluctuations to provide accurate data to traders and businesses.
