According to a statement by Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the US dollar was traded at 279.15 for buying and 281.27 for selling. The Euro registered rates of 291.87 for buying and 294.80 for selling. The British pound was noted at 352.21 for buying and 355.69 for selling.
The Japanese yen was observed at 1.83 for buying, reaching 1.88 for selling. The United Arab Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal also recorded slight changes, with the former trading at 76.04 for buying and 76.61 for selling, while the latter was at 74.31 for buying and 74.85 for selling.
The interbank rates for the US dollar settled at 279.67 for buying and 279.87 for selling. These fluctuations are indicative of dynamic market conditions and are closely monitored by financial analysts and policymakers.
