D S Industries Limited Announces Forty-third Annual General Meeting on October 27, 2023

Lahore, D S Industries Limited has formally notified its members of the upcoming Forty-third Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place at Lahore, on October 27, 2023. The meeting will convene to address essential business matters, including the consideration and adoption of the audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, along with the Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Reports.

Additionally, one of the key agenda items is the appointment of statutory auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and the determination of their remuneration. The current auditors, M/s Rizwan & Company – Chartered Accountants, have offered themselves for re-appointment and will be discussed at the meeting.

Please note that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from October 23, 2023, to October 27, 2023, to ascertain the eligibility of members to attend the annual general meeting.
