Karachi: Dadex Eternit Ltd. has scheduled a board of directors meeting for October 28, 2024, to review the company’s quarterly financials for the period ending September 30, 2024. This meeting is set to take place at the company’s registered office in Karachi.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Dadex Eternit Ltd. has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 21 to October 28, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive shall engage in any share dealings of the company, adhering strictly to PSX regulations under Clause 5.6.1(d).
