Karachi, Dadex Eternit Limited, a leading company in the construction and manufacturing industry, has officially announced the agenda for its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Election of Directors: Seven Directors of the company will be elected for a three-year term in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017. The names of the retiring Directors will be disclosed during the meeting.
