Dawood Lawrencepur Limited Adopts Resolutions at Annual General Meeting, Reappoints Auditors

Karachi, In the Annual General Meeting of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, both in person at Karachi and via video link, important resolutions were adopted by the shareholders of the company.

The first resolution focused on the consideration and adoption of the audited unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022.

These financial statements included the statement of financial position, profit and loss account, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows, and accompanying reports from the Auditors and Directors, as well as the Review Report of the Chairman.
