Karachi, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has set its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for May 29, 2024, at 11:00. No dividend will be issued alongside this meeting.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM will provide shareholders an opportunity to discuss the company’s performance and future plans. The transfer books will be closed on the day of the AGM.
