Death Anniversary of Arsh-e-Munir Observed

Islamabad: The 28th death anniversary of renowned television and radio artist Arsh-e-Munir was observed today [Tuesday]. She was a broadcaster at Radio Pakistan Karachi and also acted in many television dramas.

According to Radio Pakistan, Arsh-e-Munir was awarded the President’s Award for Pride of Performance in 1983 for her performance in dramas. She died on this day in 1998 in Karachi.
