Karachi, October 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Dewan Automotive Engineering Limited (DWAE) (“the Company”) will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 03:00 p.m. at Karachi, Pakistan; to inter alia consider the First Quarter, condensed interim financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2012.

Further for your information the “Closed Period” under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance has been determined as October 23, 2012 to October 31, 2012, both days inclusive.
