In accordance with the regulatory requirements, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from January 23, 2024, to January 30, 2024. During this time, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, no director, CEO, or executive of Dewan Sugar Mills Limited is permitted to, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company.
