Director of Century Insurance Company Acquires Shares in Recent Transactions

Karachi, Mr. Iqbal Ali Lakhani, a Non-Executive Director of Century Insurance Company Limited, has executed two share purchase transactions. On July 19, 2023, Mr. Lakhani purchased 4,000 shares at a rate of 15.34 rupees per share and 3,000 shares at a rate of 16.04 rupees per share. Both transactions were made through CDC (Central Depository Company) and were categorized as “Ready” in terms of the form of share certificates.
