DPM, German FM Discuss Regional & Global Issues

Islamabad: Pakistan and Germany have agreed to maintain close dialogue to promote mutual understanding and strengthen cooperation in shared areas of interest. The understanding to this effect was reached during a telephonic conversation between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.

According to Radio Pakistan, the two leaders appreciated the positive momentum in Pakistan-Germany relations and reaffirmed their commitment to deeper cooperation. They also held an in-depth exchange of views on regional and global issues. Additionally, they expressed their anticipation of meeting on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly next week.
