DPM Ishaq Dar Engages in Strategic Meetings in New York

New york: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will spend a busy day in New York today. He will deliver a national statement in the UN Security Council briefing on the Middle East including the Palestinian Question. The UNSC meeting will be chaired by UK Foreign Secretary.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar will have several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the UNSC briefing. He will meet Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, and UK Foreign Secretary. Ambassador Riyad Mansour, Permanent Observer of the State of Palestine to the UN, will also call on him.

On the conclusion of his engagements in the United Nations, he will leave for Washington DC to join the Prime Minister’s entourage.
