DPM Praises Positive Trajectory in Pakistan-US Relations

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has appreciated the positive trajectory in Pakistan-U.S. relations and stressed the need for regular engagement on issues of mutual interest. He was talking to the U.S. Charg© d’Affaires Natalie A. Baker, who called on him in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Deputy Prime Minister underscored the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for lasting peace. Discussions focused on bilateral cooperation and recent regional developments.

Referring to the upcoming 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Ishaq Dar said that Pakistan’s delegation would be led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
