Fixed Tax Scheme for Retailers Will Remain Successful: Bilal

Islamabad: Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has expressed confidence that the fixed tax scheme introduced for small shopkeepers and retailers will remain successful.

According to Radio Pakistan, while talking to media persons in Islamabad today, Kayani described the scheme as a practical initiative aimed at broadening the tax base and addressing the concerns of shopkeepers.

The Minister of State highlighted that an awareness campaign has been launched to encourage greater registration under the scheme. He mentioned that FBR officials are set to visit markets and bazaars to engage directly with shopkeepers, facilitating their registration process.
