DPM, Turkish FM Discuss Regional Developments

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan today. The two leaders welcomed the recent understandings reached between the United States and Iran and exchanged views on the forthcoming signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in Brgenstock, Switzerland, on Friday. They also discussed preparations for the upcoming Regional Four (R-4) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting scheduled to be held later this month.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders exchanged views on Pakistan-Trkiye bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the longstanding brotherly ties between the two countries.
