DPM Underscores Aligning Diplomacy With National Strategic Goals

Islamabad: A high level inter-ministerial committee meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar was held in Islamabad to review government efficiency, particularly the operations of Pakistan Missions abroad. The meeting focused on assessing the effectiveness of these missions and identifying areas for improvement.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Dar emphasized the importance of strengthening Pakistan’s diplomatic presence. He highlighted the necessity for Mission outputs to be fully aligned with the country’s strategic objectives. The Deputy Prime Minister also stressed the need to elevate institutional performance abroad by enhancing synergy and coordination among all relevant ministries and departments.
