Effective operations carried out against smuggling across province during 2023: FC Balochistan

FC Balochistan in collaboration with other concerned agencies carried out effective operations to curb smuggling across the province during the year 2023.

During the previous year, score of smuggling bids were foiled in which huge quantity of sugar, Urea fertilizer, wheat and other commodities were seized.

The FC Balochistan carried out operations in different areas of the province and confiscated 3437 metric tons of sugar, 2441 metric tons of Urea fertilizer, 71,690 liters Diesel, 1378 metric tons wheat and 324 metric tons of betel.

These operations were carried out in Zhob, Pashin, Mastung, Nushki, Chaman, Dera Allah Yar and in Pak-Afghan border areas.

Smugglers and people having vested interests want to protect their illegal activities and smuggling, but FC Balochistan has expressed its resolve to root out all such elements.

FC Balochistan has further expressed its commitment that all resources will be utilized to provide relief to the common people, who are fed up of rising inflation caused by smugg
ling.
