Karachi, August 16, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday August 27th 2012 in Karachi to consider and approve Un-audited Condensed Interim Financial Statements of our Company for six months period ended June 30, 2012.

Please note that the “Closed Period” of the Company would commence from August 17, 2012 to August 27, 2012 as required under the Code of Corporate Governance.
