Karachi: EFU General Insurance Ltd. (EFUG) demonstrated strong market performance in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The company closed at PKR 87.00, with a paid-up capital of PKR 2,000.00 million as of December. EFU General Insurance declared distributions of 100% in both 2021 and 2022, and 45%(III) in 2023. The shares have a par value of PKR 10 and a market lot of 500. Since its listing in 1949, the company reached a high of PKR 100 and a low of PKR 74.5 in January to October 2023. A total of 1,297,000 shares were traded, with an EPS of PKR 14.01 for 2021/2022.
