Karachi: We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday October 26, 2011 in Karachi to consider and approve Un-audited Interim Financial Statements of our Company for nine months ended September 30, 2011.

Please note that the “Closed Period” of the Company would commence from October 19, 2011 to October 26, 2011 as required under the Code of Corporate Governance.
