Eid Milad-ul-Nabi Celebrated with Religious Solemnity Across the Nation

Islamabad: Eid Milad-ul-Nabi Sallallah-o-Alaih-e-wa alihi Wassalam was celebrated on Saturday with religious fervor and solemnity. The day dawned with a thirty-one-gun salute in the Federal Capital, and a twenty-one-gun salute in all provincial capitals. Special prayers were offered after the Fajr prayer for the unity of the Muslim Ummah and the progress and prosperity of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, special arrangements were made by the government to commemorate the 1500th blessed birth anniversary of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallallah-o-Alaih-e-wa alihi Wasallam.
