Envoy Highlights Pakistan as Attractive Destination for US Investors

Pakistan: Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, has emphasized the country’s appeal as a promising destination for US investors. He attributed this potential to Pakistan’s economic prospects, large population, and strategic geographical position.

According to Radio Pakistan, Sheikh engaged in discussions with Frank Sickelsmith, Chief Operating Officer (International), and Ashley Coneff, Head of Government Affairs and Impact, from Inspire Brands, a prominent U.S. multi-brand restaurant company. The dialogue centered on expanding Inspire Brands’ presence in Pakistan.

The discussions also covered possibilities for Pakistani restaurant businesses to establish a presence in the United States. Additionally, they explored how Pakistan could leverage its growing status as a regional production hub for halal products to cater more effectively to markets in the GCC, Middle East, and Central Asia.
