Every Pakistani Deserves Fair Legal Support: Azam

Islamabad: Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazeer Tarar has emphasized that every Pakistani deserves prompt and fair legal support. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad to mark the official integration of Vakeel Online into the Legal Aid and Justice Authority, he highlighted the crucial role of technology in streamlining legal processes.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister stated that the Legal Aid and Justice Authority (LAJA) and its partners are committed to providing free legal aid to individuals who cannot afford it. He underscored the importance of making legal support accessible to all segments of society and urged that the project’s content be translated into Urdu and other provincial languages.

Azam Nazeer Tarar also called on bar councils and young lawyers to join this transformative initiative, aiming to enhance the reach and effectiveness of legal aid services across Pakistan.
