Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 15th June, 2011 at 15:00 am at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Audited Accounts for the period ended 31st March, 2011.

The close period will effect from 8th June, 2011 to 15th June, 2011 (both days inclusive).
