Fateh Sports Wear Limited Schedules 40th Annual General Meeting

Karachi: Fateh Sports Wear Limited has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on November 27, 2023. The meeting will take place at the company’s registered office in Hyderabad. The purpose of this AGM is to carry out several key actions as part of the company’s annual governance.

The agenda for the AGM includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last Annual General Meeting, which was held on October 27, 2022. Furthermore, shareholders are to receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2023, along with the reports from the Directors and Auditors.

Another crucial item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors and the fixing of their remuneration for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The meeting will also provide a platform to conduct any other business that may arise, with the permission of the Chair.

The notice also mentions that the share transfer books of the company will be closed from November 21 to November 27, 2023, both days inclusive. Members of the company entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy in their stead. Proxies must be submitted to the registered office of the company no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting to be considered valid.
