Fateh Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 5th October 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at Hali Road, S.I.T.E., Hyderabad to consider the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 28.09.2011 to 05.10.2011 as require under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the listing regulations of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
