Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) will be held at 1030 hours on Tuesday, 21 June 2011 at FCCL Head Office Fauji Tower, Block – III, 68 Tipu Road Chaklala, Rawalpindi, to consider and approve Annual Budget for the fiscal year 2011-2012.
In accordance with Clause (xxvi) of Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges, closed period is hereby declared from 15 June 2011 to 21 June 2011 (both days inclusive). During this period, no director, CEO or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of FCCL, please.
