Faysal Asset Management Limited’s change of registrar /transfer agent of CISs

Karachi, July 06, 2012 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that Faysal Asset Management Limited (FAML) (the management company), being authorized for appointment of Registrar / transfer Agent for below mentioned Collective Investment Schemes under the respective constitutive documents, has decided to transfer the Registrar Function from M/s Gangjees Registrar Services (Private) Limited to M/s JWAFFS Registrar Services (Pvt,) Limited. The change will be effective from July 09, 2012.
