Federal Government Commits Rs130 Billion to Bolster Balochistan’s Development

Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal announced today that Balochistan is set to become the most prosperous province in Pakistan following the completion of current development initiatives. Speaking at a book launching ceremony, the Minister shared that the Federal Government has earmarked a substantial 130 billion rupees for development projects within the province.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this funding allocation from the Federal Government’s budget is aimed at enhancing various sectors in Balochistan, with a particular focus on education and skill training for the youth. The government’s strategy includes comprehensive measures to improve connectivity across the province, facilitating sustainable development.

The Minister emphasized the commitment to transforming Balochistan’s infrastructure and educational services, ensuring that the province achieves a significant uplift in prosperity and quality of life for its residents.
