Federal Government Committed to Development in Azad Jammu and Kashmir

Islamabad: Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Engineer Amir Muqam, emphasized that the welfare of the Kashmiri people, along with sustainable development and the establishment of peace and stability in the region, remains the top priority of the federal government.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a meeting in Islamabad, Engineer Amir Muqam stated that the federal government is utilizing all available resources to maintain law and order and to expedite the development process in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

In the meeting, Chief Secretary Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Khushhal Khan, provided a comprehensive briefing on the current law and order situation as well as the ongoing development projects in the region.
