Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry appoint Vohra as Chairman of Regional body on Customs and Ports/Dry Ports

Lahore, June 25, 2012 (PPI-OT): Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has appointed former LCCI Vice President Mr. Aftab Ahmad Vohra as Chairman of Regional Standing Committee on “Customs and Ports/Dry Ports” for the year 2012.

Mr. Aftab Ahmad Vohra is the Convener of LCCI Standing Committee on Pak-India Business Promotion. He has vast experience of economic issues and rendered marvelous services for the cause of business community.

Mr. Aftab Vohra has served Lahore Customs Agents Group as Member Executive Committee, Vice President and General Secretary. He has also served as Member Executive Committee: (1997-2000) of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Lahore and Convener Sub Committee on Import, Customs and Dry Port, LCCI, Lahore.

He was Member Managing Committee of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (2000-2002) and Chairman Sub Committee of Customs Valuation (For Dry-Ports). Sr. Vice Chairman FPCCI Standing Committee on; Customs and Customs Dry Port, Vice Chairman FPCCI Standing Committee on: Import Trade, Vice Chairman FPCCI Standing Committee on: International Trade Fair, Vice Chairman FPCCI Standing Committee on: Environment. He had represented Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Railway Advisory Committee: Airport Advisory Committee: as Member (1997-2000).
