Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Pakistan-China Business Council in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan hosting Seminar on Pakistan-China FTA

Karachi, March 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and Pakistan-China Business Council in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) are hosting a Seminar on 2nd Phase of Pakistan-China FTA, as per following schedule:

Date: Monday, 25th March, 2013

Time: 10:30 a.m.

Venue: 4th Floor, FPCCI Auditorium, Head Office, Karachi

Lunch: Followed by Lunch

The Seminar is an exercise in stakeholder consultation for deepening of the Pak-China FTA, where Ministry of Commerce will be represented by the Secretary Commerce as Chief Guest, along with high ranking officials from National Tariff Commission, Ministry of Industries, FBR, TDAP, EDB from the public sector.

The Pakistan China Business Council invites its members and serious businessmen to come and participate in this event, so that relevant quarters may voice their feedback and give a grass root view of how the FTA will impact Pakistan China trade relations in the coming years.

The seminar aims to be the first of many such events aimed at bringing all stakeholders face to face and to inform all of the efforts the FPCCI and TDAP are making to further the cause of Pakistani Business Community in China.
