Finance Minister Departs for Davos to Attend WEF Annual Meeting

Davos: Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has left for the Swiss city of Davos to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2025. The Finance Minister aims to engage with global leaders and discuss the country’s economic strategies at this significant international platform.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Finance Minister will hold meetings with political, trade, and business leaders from various countries and international organizations. The discussions will focus on enhancing bilateral and multilateral economic relations. During the forum, he will address multiple sessions, providing insights into the economic landscape of the country and discussing potential opportunities for collaboration.

In addition, the Finance Minister is scheduled to meet with ministers from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Qatar. These meetings are expected to focus on strengthening economic ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation among the nations. The participation in the WEF Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to showcase the country’s economic potential and attract foreign investment.
