Financial results of Archroma Pakistan Limited for the period ended September 30, 2015

Karachi: Archroma Pakistan Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board of director meeting held on December 17, 2015. The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for the year ended September 30, 2015 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 1,241,982 and earning per share 36.40 basic.

Further, final Cash Dividend is 250% @Rs. 25 per share, and nil bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
