First Capital Securities Corporation Limited’s appointment of directors

Karachi: We have to inform you that Ms. Maheen Ghani Taseer and Ms. Samira Ahmed Zia have been appointed as Directors of First Capital Securities Corporation Limited (FCSC) with effect from 31 December 2011 in place of Mr. Shahbaz Ali Taseer and Mr. Omer Subhan Salamat respectively, due to their ceasing to hold the office of Directors of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 188(b) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
