First IBL Modaraba to Review Financial Statements in Upcoming Board Meeting

Lahore, A board meeting of M/s IBL Modaraba Management (Private) Limited, the management company for First IBL Modaraba, is scheduled for May 10, 2024, in Lahore. The primary agenda for the meeting is to review and approve the financial statements for First IBL Modaraba for the period that ended on March 31, 2024. Additionally, the meeting will address any other business that may arise with the permission of the chair.

The company has also announced a “Closed Period” from May 3, 2024, to May 10, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive of the Modaraba is permitted to deal in the shares of First IBL Modaraba, in compliance with Clause # 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
