First meeting of newly born Ministry of Professional and Technical Training

Islamabad: Federal Minister of Professional and Technical Training Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada chaired the meeting with Chairperson of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary School Mrs. Shaheen Khan and Director of Pakistani schools directorate in Kuwait Ms. Aneeta Bokhari.

Minister asked for a first Pakistan university in Kuwait and for this he is likely to visit Kuwait after Eid ul Fitr to make this educational mission possible. Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada said that Pakistan has a good deal of all businesses with Kuwait and education sector will not let lag behind in anyway. Minister said, “Pakistani culture is having a threat to be invaded by foreign cultures in Kuwait but we will try our best to protect a culture and increase capacity building in educational sector.

It was told to minister that there are working seventeen Pakistani schools in Kuwait and only four schools of O-level and A-level contribute four billion of revenue to Pakistan gross national product.
