1. Mr. Shahzad Akbar has been elected as the Chairman of the Board for a period of three years.
2. Mr. Ali A. Malik has been Re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of three years.
3. Mr. Ali A Malik has been Re-appointed as Nominee Director to represent Company before the Karachi Stock Exchange Limited for a period of three years.
4. Mr. Najam Raza has been appointed as the CFO of the company.
