Karachi: Flying Cement Company Limited has issued a corrigendum to its earlier announcement regarding the voting process for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for October 2024. The notice, dated October 16, 2024, highlights a revised schedule and procedural details for the voting by its members.

The update specifies that the electronic voting lines will open on October 20, 2024, and close on October 23, 2024. This window allows shareholders to cast their votes on various resolutions. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), once a member casts a vote on a resolution, no subsequent changes will be permitted.

This adjustment comes after the initial notice distributed on October 3, which may have contained discrepancies regarding the voting timeline. The company has requested the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange to circulate this updated information among all TRE certificate holders to ensure compliance and transparency in the voting process.
