Free Ambulance Service Facilitates Critical Patient Transfers from Quetta to Karachi

Quetta: A free ambulance service initiated by Deputy Commissioner Hamoud-ur-Rehman successfully transferred two critically ill patients from GDA Pak China Hospital in Quetta to Karachi for advanced medical care. This service, aimed at assisting economically disadvantaged patients, has significantly improved access to necessary medical treatments within the district.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the in-charge of the service, Jamal Rahim, highlighted the operation’s effectiveness in providing essential health services. The initiative is recognized as a significant improvement in the regional health sector, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing patient care across the district. The service continues to be a critical component in the healthcare infrastructure, ensuring that patients receive the medical interventions they need without undue delay.
