Lahore: Ghazi Fabrics International Limited has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for October 26, 2024, in Lahore. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this year’s meeting will cover a series of substantive points pertinent to the company’s governance and financial health.

The AGM will commence with the confirmation of the minutes from the previous AGM held on October 27, 2023. This will be followed by a critical evaluation of the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2024. Shareholders will review documents including the Auditors’ Reports, the Chairman’s Review, and the Directors’ Report.
