Shaffi Chemical Industries Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 26, 2024, at Swabi, Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa. The meeting aims to discuss key company agendas including the adoption of annual audited financial statements and the appointment of auditors for the next fiscal year.
The company, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, will hold the AGM to confirm the minutes from the previous year’s meeting, which took place on October 27, 2023.
