Lahore: Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has called for improving facilities at Basic Health Units to ease the burden on major hospitals. Addressing a ceremony in Lahore today, he emphasized the need to strengthen healthcare services in rural areas to ensure better access to medical care.

According to Radio Pakistan, Gilani highlighted the government’s commitment to enacting legislation and policy-making aimed at improving healthcare services nationwide.
