Gilani Designated as Founding Chairman of ISC

Kuala Lumpur: Chairman Senate Yousuf Raza Gilani has been designated as the Founding Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC).

According to Radio Pakistan, the decision was made during Chairman Senate Yousuf Raza Gilani’s recent visit to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he attended a briefing session on the forthcoming Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC).

Yousuf Raza Gilani’s appointment as the Founding Chairman of the ISC marks a milestone in Pakistan’s influence on the global parliamentary stage, with a focus on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations, enhancing regional cooperation, and advancing shared economic and diplomatic objectives.
