Islamabad: The Pakistan Girl Guides Association Gilgit-Baltistan Branch organized a four-day basic training session at the Government Girls Degree College Skardu. Female teachers from a range of government schools and colleges actively participated in this educational event.
According to Radio Pakistan, Samina Bashir, the In-charge of the Girls Guide Baltistan Region, and trainer Habiba Yasmin, provided participants with insights into Girl Guiding. The trainers focused on the significance of nurturing discipline, confidence, leadership, cooperation, and social responsibility among girls.
The training session concluded with a ceremony where Director Education Baltistan Region, Abdul Wahab Mir, and Principal Women Degree College Skardu, Professor Dr. Uzma Saleem, awarded certificates to the participants, recognizing their dedication and engagement throughout the program.
