The REIT has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1,400 million and has announced a significant distribution of 30% for the year. Trading activity for GRR reflected a high rate of Rs. 15.75 and a low rate of Rs. 8.32. The performance marks a notable entry into the market, gathering a turnover of 42,686,500 shares in the current year.
