Karachi, In a recent meeting held on September 15, 2023, at Karachi, the Board of Directors of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, the Management Company of Globe Residency REIT (the Scheme), has made important recommendations for the benefit of unit holders.
Final Cash Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors has announced and approved a final cash dividend of Rs. 3.00 per unit, equivalent to 30.00% of the unit’s value.
No Bonus Shares or Right Shares
The board has decided not to issue bonus shares or right shares to unit holders.
Key Dates for Unit Holders
Unit holders eligible for the final cash dividend must have their names registered in the register of Unit Holders by Thursday, September 28, 2023. The Share Transfer Books of the Scheme will remain closed from September 29, 2023, to October 01, 2023, inclusive.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has also approved the financial results for Globe Residency REIT for the year ending June 30, 2023. The statement of profit or loss indicates a profit after taxation of Rs. 271,083.
Earnings per unit for the year were reported as Rs. 1.936.
