Islamabad: The government revised the prices of petroleum products for today, announcing significant changes in the cost of high-speed diesel and motor spirit.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Petroleum Division issued a press release detailing the new pricing structure. The price of high-speed diesel experienced a notable reduction, dropping by thirty-two rupees and sixty-three paisas per litre. This change brings the new price to three hundred sixty rupees and six paisa from the previous three hundred ninety-five rupees and sixty-nine paisas.
In contrast, the price of motor spirit saw a slight increase. The cost rose by two rupees and ninety-seven paisas, adjusting the price to three hundred thirty-seven rupees and fifty-one paisas from the earlier three hundred thirty-four rupees and fifty-four paisas.
