Government to Support IT Skills Training for Youth, Minister Announces

Islamabad: A delegation from InnoVista Pvt Ltd, led by CEO Hisham Sarwar, met with Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Minister of State for Information Technology and Telecommunication, to discuss initiatives aimed at enhancing IT skills among the youth. The meeting focused on strategies to promote information technology and equip young people with digital skills.

According to Press Information Department, InnoVista Pvt Ltd, part of the Special Investment Facilitation Council, intends to contribute to the national IT sector through extensive IT skills development programs and technological innovations. The company expressed its plans to launch training programs designed to upskill the country’s youth in information technology.

Minister Khawaja expressed support for InnoVista’s initiatives, emphasizing the government’s commitment to equipping the youth with the latest digital skills to improve job prospects. She highlighted the importance of ensuring that training programs effectively prepare participants for the job market and assured that the Ministry of IT and Telecom will support these efforts.
